My stay at the Radisson Blu was mostly enjoyable, with the location being absolutely perfect. right on the Royal Mile and close to many attractions. The staff were polite and helpful, making my stay feel more welcoming. However, I did encounter a few issues. like a dusty carpet in my room and a dripping shower head that could have been better. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I had a comfortable two-night stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Edinburgh, enjoying its central location on the Royal Mile, close to many attractions. While the room had a pleasant view, it was a bit on the smaller side. I encountered a hiccup when my late-night meal in the bar wasn't great, but the staff were fantastic in addressing my concerns. Breakfast the next day was a highlight, offering a better experience overall.

I had a lovely long weekend at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Edinburgh. The central location made it easy to explore the area, but my initial check-in experience was somewhat rocky as there was confusion about my room upgrade and breakfast inclusion. Overall, the spacious and clean room, along with a good breakfast, made my stay enjoyable, although there were some minor issues with dining choices and room amenities.
Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious and clean, though I had requested an upgrade for a better view of Arthur's Seat but ended up with a street view. The bathroom was well-equipped and the bed very comfortable, which contributed to a good night's sleep.
Service

The staff were generally friendly and responsive, yet the handling of my room upgrade during check-in and at checkout was not as smooth as I hoped. However, the restaurant staff were attentive and made dining experiences pleasant.

Breakfast was delicious with a great selection, though I felt the dinner menu was limited and a bit pricey for the portion sizes. I would recommend the avocado on toast for breakfast, it was a highlight!

The hotel had a lovely pool and spa area that was enjoyable, although it was small. There were also several amenities available in the room that I appreciated, like complimentary water and hand sanitiser.

I had a mixed experience at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Edinburgh. The location on the Royal Mile is fantastic and really convenient for accessing local attractions. However, I found the cleanliness lacking, particularly in my room, and the service didn't meet my expectations. Overall, while the hotel has some good features, I don't think it's worth the price for what I received.
